Post 4 channel amp impedence

Would it be bad to run a set of channels at 2ohms and another set at 4ohms? I got the MTX Thunder 4244 and I have polk components in the front, clarion coaxials in the sail panels, and I have Infinity 4x6 in the hatch that are not connected yet. So I was thinking of just running the 4x6s in parallel w/ the clarions but I wasn't sure if that would be bad for the amp coz then each set would have a different impedence.

It will work but if it were me I wouldn't do it. MTX amps run hot as it is. Running at 2ohms makes the amp run even hotter. Besides, you don't need those useless hatch area speakers. They're just a waste of time and money.
