what vehicles will the Solstice share it's engine with?

So, why didnt the Ion RL and Cobalt SS also get said turbo 2.0 engines instead of the supercharged 2.0? If your aiming at the "sport compact" crowed, how the hell do you come up with a supercharger? These kids fap away at the sound of a turbo. A turbo 2.0 would be fantastic, not only for the Solstice, but for the Delta crew also.

Because the trend at GMNA at the time was superchargers not turbochargers. But a funny thing happened when GM bought the remaining 50% of SAAB. GM Powertrain inherited a whole bunch of SAAB know-how and doctrine in turbocharging.

Consider the current supercharged Ecotecs as merely temporary place keepers. Turbos are in the pipeline!
