If you go back and look at old magazines there have always been rumors that the Corvette would become a brand of its own and would include the camaro. This has been reported since the eighties and has obviously never happened. I always thought it was a bad Idea because the Corvette and Camaro will always be chevys to me. But... after being heavily let down by chevrolet and gm in the past few years, I would kind of like to see it happen because the corvette team seems to be the only group that knows whats going on. This post is much longer than I expected so I will shut up now.
