Maybe someone can answer. I've seen 17 roh wheels called Z
rated i think . Any way i saw a set for sell and said was on a porsche. Will these fit on a camaro? 96 .
size it says 17x7.5 and 17x 9.5 off set 5mm and backspace 5.472

First, you need the right bolt pattern.... 5 lugs on 4.75" circle.
Then you need the correct offset/backspace on the wheels, or they will stick out of the wheel wells, or hit the suspension components.
In general, there is no way you could put a 5mm offset wheel on a 4th Gen. For the width wheels you are looking at, you will need offsets in the 45-56mm range.
Find out more about the wheels, including bolt circle and the offset for each width you are considering, and we can tell you if they fit.
Just as a guideline, the stock 8" wheels have a 55m offset, yielding a backspace slightly over 6.5". The stock SS/WS6 9" wheels also have a 55mm offset, giving a backspace of slightly over 7.0".
