Absolutely impossible for anyone to answer that question, without knowing the specific engine you are asking about. Tell us about the engine, and I'll move your post to the correct forum.

A shelf grind roller cam is ~$250. A new cam will need new springs which can cost anywhere from $100-500. Other parts such as retainers, rocker arms, etc. may be needed as will gaskets, etc. Labor will vary a lot depending on the make and model and year and labor rate. That's why there is no simple answer. A 4th, for example, is not easy to work on. A cam replacement is a full days work. So, multiply the labor rate in your area by 8-10 hours and add parts. In my area the only guy you would want to do it is ~$90/h. So, a ballpark for a stock LT1 including a set of roller rockers would be close to $2,000.
