Well today we found out my gf was the first pick of two schools in INDY to come teach. So it looks like it will be IN after all and not NC.

Few reasons for this including I can get a masters for free in IN and then only have to pay for hers. Also I was born and raised just a couple of hours N in the Ft. Wayne area.

Howe Academy seems to be the one she is leaning too. I would greatly appreciate any information anyone can supply for me and I will pass it on to her.

I use to play hockey in INDY all the time but that was the extent of my travels to Indy for the most part.

Also we are looking for housing. I have not tracked down a job in the area yet but I am looking and hopefully I will have one soon.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Chime in.

Living conditions? I have found a few places that I like on the internet and a magazine my dad picked up and sent home with her after her interviews. A few are in the SOUTH area, including one place that is new...2 car garage but no basement which I was hoping for. Not too much saved up yet but I have been trying the last couple of months so we can get a house...seems close in price to renting and we have several animals. So I am also looking for a place that is not going to bitch and moan about animals and a fence being put up to keep them in the yard.
