What year is his car? What boost pressure is he running? Then I will have enough info to answer your question.

If it's a stock turbo, it won't matter too much. The stock T25 doesn't flow very much, it won't make a lot of horsepower.

But if it's a first gen. car it has a better turbo. What year car and what boost is he running?

I am the aforementioned Dan. Our friends talon is a 95 Gen II, the boost is still a question mark though cus he has been playing around with his new boost computer, so im not sure if hes figured it out yet.

If it is all installed I think you have a decent chance from a stop to the 1/4 mile mark. Or a better chance from a roll start. Those awd launches are deadly if the guy can drive. Run him and post the results.

Thanks for the info Dan. Glad to see you made it to the boards. Thanks for the helpful info Steve Y. So as long as its a stock turbo I am ok for a while?

Well I'd race him in a heart beat wether I had a chance or not, but he's never around anymore since he got stationed 4 hours away. I'll get him sometime, hopefully I can borrow someone's Camcorder too.

I think so. Watch out if he gets a big turbo and intercooler. Then it's time for nitrous. You might get some sticky tires either way. They help a lot.

15 psi on the stock turbo. But the unsettling part is that he wants to buy a 1995 NSX. Which to say the least, will give me a decent run for my money.

You're gonna really have to be humpin' to beat the stock turbo record without spraying:

11.64 @ 116.56 ; 7.84 @ 95.01
