Wow guys...i didn't mean to stir up this amount of shiot! I am not saying my Cobra is perfect. It was a personal choice between it and a 02 WS6. The only reason i bought the cobra was because of the ability to run 500 HP for approximately 1500 dollars (intake, exhaust, pulley, tune).

I have ran some LS1s and lost...so i am not saying the mustang is perfect...

I guess the whole reason i posted the thread was to share exhaust sounds (because i know there are some ford guys lurking) and talk a little smack...i did not know it would be blown so far out of proportion

Yeah they did a direct comparison at the track. Hence why the Cobra now has a blower on it

With how many miles on it for that price?

I'm sorry but i don't consider a Supra with 60K+ miles on it for 20K dollars a good bang for the buck price.

I paid 33,500 for my Mystic simply because of the Fact i knew the Owner of the Dealership. The Sticker on it was over 40K because of the Gas Guzzler Tax. 33,500 for a Brand new Mystic Cobra with .9 Miles on it is a great bang for the buck buy.

Car had 79K on it, pristine, black on tan leather, targa, fully loaded , 6spd, completely stock down to the filter. Deals are out there.....just have to look. Well thats worse then...40K for a mustang??? Bang for the Buck its hard to beat the reliablity and power of a 2JZ-GTE powered Toyota.

yeah I do, everything else goes to Windows media, but that one keeps trying to send me to quicktime. and I wanna save it, but when I right click save as, it only saves it as a HTM file and sends me to a browser full of codes.

80K is alot for a Cobra but not for a Supra . My buddies 94 Auto is making 650rwhp with 220K on the clock....lol. Still going, motor still has perfect compression all the way across the board. You can see tons of others making 600+ rwhp with stock motors and some not at www.t04r.com

You need to change the file association for MPG files.

Go to Start - Settings - Control Panel. The control panel window will appear.

You will see a icon for "Folder Options". Double click that. The "Folder Options" page will appear.

There are three tabs at the top. Click the "File Types" tab. The page will chage to display "Registered file types".

Now scroll down the list until you see MPG. It will be associated with quicktime. Click on it to select it and then click on the "Change" button. A new page will appear with the title "Open With".

Scroll down the list until you see Microsoft(R) Windows Media Player. Click on that to select it and then click OK. The "Open With" page will disappear.

Now click on close on the "Folder Options" page to close it.

IE will now automatically associate MPG files with Windows Media Player.

Yeah I already have that one, I have a few cobra victory vids over fbods, but my collection of fbods/vettes beating cobras is getting to rediculous numbers. (not saying that's because its more normal for the cobra to lose to the fbody, just that its my biase showing through as thats the only vids I tend to keep ).

EDIT: speaking of these videos, In the race with the charged LS1 vs the modded cobra, anyone notice the mustang on the left side that was racing too keeping pace with that LS1??

EDIT - Phoenix.. Yeah.. The Cobra started in the Wrong gear.. Which is why the LS1 Walked his *** hard at first. Blades had a Video of a Kenne Bell Cobra and a Procharged Z06 that were side by side for the whole ****ing race but all his video's are down

 

Are you talking about the silver one?? If you look over after the camera guys starts moving the camera towards the front to view the camaro, look over to the left, theres a silver mustang walking step for step with the maro. I think they went three wide.
