You're right you can be here if you want BUT you OWNED 3 fbodies, key word OWNED!! Sounds like some one needs to own your a$$ on the street or track!! If you were such a fbodies nut then you would have never bought a FORD!!!! It's that simple, no need to rant about how they no longer make fbodies and how the Fobra is S/C'd and alot faster out of the box and that's why you bought it. As far as I'm concerned if your that into fbodies why buy a FORD. All I'm saying is it makes no sense to just up and like Mustangs just cause they now have a S/C'd version!!!!

$17000 out the door. And the only thing overpriced is that Cobra your driving. I still can't believe people still pay 34K for a mustang with a drivetrain thats over 2 decades old...lol. At least they finally took some of GM's advice and put a real tranny in them..

You're right I probably would enjoy it very much. About the supra I'm guessing that there aren't many supra's in AL and probably not that over priced, certinly not 34k over priced!!. I just can't see that drastic of a change from GM to Ford because of bang for your buck, but yet maybe put $2000 into the firehawk and wala i wave my magic wand and your well into the 11s for a whole lot less$$$$(this is unless your purchased the car new)!!!

Anybody know what the fastest bone stock LS1 time was? Isn't it like a 12.8 out of a '02?
12.7@108 by evan smith in a bullit article in a MMFF issue, can't remember what one though. They compared the LS1 to the mustangs at the time. Sometime in 2001. Jim campisano said that with better air and drag radials the car coulda seen 12.5's he believed.
