So you are talking ANY stock LS1 with 3.23 gears? That would have to be an automatic and could be a full optioned vert! Mighty bold claim. Bring it, ANTZ!!!!!!!!!! I'm waiting for this race! Motor Trend got a bone stock LS1 auto vert to do a 14.0 at 101.6 and my car to do a 14.0 at 100 and a 14.1 at 99 stock. You don't think all my mods are worth anything? How sheltered you are. Btw, it's hole. These DRs might as well be magic (compared to street tires) at this crappy track that I race at. People wanted to know how fast my car runs since the last round of mods, so I offered a guess. I just answered their questions. I will run it sooner or later. For the last time, it is 140 miles EACH WAY to the nearest sea level track from me!

Steve...if you EVER make your way down to Arizona, you'll have to hit me up. I don't know what's wrong with the LS1s where you live, but they consistently trap 105-109 100% bone stock down here (and we are nowhere near sea level conditions). You're talking about your ~ 275 hp car pulling 360 hp cars...they should run you down very quickly.

I'm 120 miles (each way) from the nearest track...man up and pay attention to what the stock LS1s are running.

I will probably never make it down that far with my Stang. Yes they should run me down quickly. I never "pulled" on any except out of the hole with my traction advantage. They either stayed back where they were or were pulling so slowly I couldn't tell they were pulling. I've never seen stock LS1s run at my timed track 85 miles each way. They are very rare at tracks around here.

Nice job steve. I was just curious if you have ran any M6 cars yet? (see my post 00ssVS03 cobra) I ran a 03 cobra convertible in my ss, and well you just have to read the post. Sounds like you have a strong running mustang, congrats, after the race with that cobra, i have a newfound respect for stangs. DR's do make one hell of a difference, and with such an advantage right off the line, i can find it believable.

I ran a modded M6 LS1 in my car's 14.0 at 101 form. I think he had exhaust, intake, etc. He pounded me bad. On the order of 10 carlengths in the 1/4. I can't find any stock or nearly stock M6 LS1s to run now that I have these new mods. I will keep looking for them and running them and get back to you guys.

Good kills though.

just because an ls1 runs 14.0 doesnt mean there is something wrong with it. i saw a 6-speed ram air run 14.0 in the 1/4 before. the ls1 engine is a good engine, but dont always expect crazy times from it.

possibly nothing wrong with the engine but theres definitely something wrong with the driver.

Ok,I personally drove UltimteOrangeSS's A4 99ss to a 13.6 @102-104 bone stock a few times w/ a ok 2.0 60' in some 90 degree summer heat (whick kills traps). In that weather your car would most likely be running somewhere in the lower 14's trapping somewhere around 100 mph as it sits..Like I said before any stock 323 LS1 should have no problem w/ you If not completely blowing the launch which a monkey could do...and just forget about 6spds as per bowtie, sled, and robvas. Nothing wrong w/ a GT, never said there was just dont make your car something its not...and as for being a stock LS1 1/4 mile killer its not

I never said it was a stock LS1 killer. I just posted results of my races. I have never had one beat me yet. It's time to put up or shut up, Antz. Find a stock 3.23 auto LS1 and race me or STFU!

Theres your 323 example, and you wouldnt even touch that, if you were there that day you would have got rocked, yea let me hop on a quick flight to vegas so I can race you...Sorry id like to set my sights on more then beating a basically stock GT...Have a few more fix ups in the house and plan on getting nothing less then a Mach1, 03 Cobra, or modded LS1 so keep chipping away at those 14's. When you open a challenge to any stock LS1 id say you think you have a LS1 killer, wouldnt you?

I never said I had an LS1 killer. I am ready to see all these magical stock LS1s run high 12s and spank me down, that's all. I can handle losing to a stock LS1, can you handle losing to my GT? You issued a challenge about the 323 car, I called you on it and you won't back up your challenge. Typical chickensh*t internet troll.
