Re: Ams evo dyno video
If you were to try my diet for a couple months, and not cheat, you would see twice the results and a lot faster than being on any supplement (creatine-like). If you're interested, feel free to email me for one. Only cost you $20....just kidding

@$20. But honestly, as I am attending college in like a month and a half, I dont have money to be eating like i SHOULD be. I know I would be getting better results.. but I cannot physically afford all the stuff I would need to eat good

Thats why I drink protein like a ****, scarf up all the tuna I can.. and take my creatine

EDIT: Oh ya, and I take a good multi-vitamin
Re: Ams evo dyno video
Dude, you're payin more for the protein than you would be for proper dieting. I'll spend about 40 bucks on food a week, and that's getting 300 grams of protein a day with proper carbs and stuff. Then you save money from eating out. You want to try and get more protein from whole foods, not supplements. Plus they digest very fast and you don't want that except for after a workout
Re: Ams evo dyno video
Just like to point out some people are know as "creatine non-responders"...such as me I get a lighter wallet from it and thats it...some people love it...differs from person to person...now really back to car talk...I got a turbo kia it makes 450fwhp no BS...discuss...

Like you said, you are paying 40-bucks a WEEK.. let alone a month like me

Try CEE; Creatine Ethyl Ester. I am a non-responder, and CEE works GREAT for me! You can even try Tri Creatine Malate, but it's not quite the same as CEE
Re: Ams evo dyno video
but you're suppossed to get at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. at least 1.5 grams if you're lifting hard and trying to grow. That's not enough, plus you're just drinkin it in shakes, which a lot of that goes right through. I pay 160 a month for food, but I don't have to go out and eat at all, and I know exactly what I have to pay then. When you live on your own and eat out a lot, it takes up much more money than that. Oh, I also eat 5 times a day and drink at least a gallon of water a day

I drink if NOT a gallon of water a day, d@mn near it. I also eat like 4-5 times a day; depending.
Re: Ams evo dyno video
No, I assummed you were still living at home. But like when I first moved out on my own, I would always eat out just because I could. I spent so much money doing that, and actually started dieting (proper dieting) to cut back on the spending. After I noticed that dieting alone made such a difference, I took it further and started dieting for lifting, and then it was a complete change. People always turn to supplements for results, but they only help if you're on a strict diet to begin with. Just send me an email and I'll be glad to let you and your brother know how to improve your bench by quite a bit just by dieting.
Re: Ams evo dyno video
Eating out is the farthest thing from my mind as all you get is fatty/crappy food, EXPENSIVE food, and a depleted wallet
But Man.. as soon as I graduate college and move out on my own, I promise you (and myself) I will be eating a lot better. But for now, I will just eat what my mom and her husband buy. (Not that it's all unhealthy stuff.. but not quite the stuff I would want to eat)

As for '93 when they came out, 275HP also was pretty stout back then. Lemme guess, you didn't like their style, therefore it isn't a good car, right?
But then again, this is coming from someone who thinks heritage don't mean ****, making you just a regular car buyer, not an enthusiast obviously. You have no opinion that means jack on this board, so why not take it over to an EVO board and swing on their crotches.
Keep your Skyline too, not everyone is into putting their flagship model into full-size sedans and all that. But then again, don't know if you've ever even been to Japan, but they also dig hooking up full-blown vans into something straight out of Star Wars, now that's some fine-**** heritage, eh?
Cheers.
Cheers.
heres how i see it. i know some very very very nice fbody owners. but as a whole most fbody owners are ******. if its not an fbody runnin around on big and littles then dont bother. look at any mustang site, or honda site or supra site or whatever. there are fbody members there. they get along with whatever the majority of people on that board own. cobra guys have known for a long time the potency of the LSx based engines. yet it took over 2 years for even a majority of this site to see past the fact that ford stuck a blower on the 03 cobra. and still there are people that pop up every now and again with some dumbass idea about that.
turbo hondas? if someone even mentions something positive about them, they are deemed a ricer and are shunned away.
supras? in the fbody world every supra runs high 12s at a billion miles per hour. not once do people stop and see the true beauty of that car. a STOCK rear end thats now in the 8s and still street driven. a STOCK tranny capable of high 9s atleast. a STOCK bottom end capable of over 1100rwhp. its abilities to make 450+rwhp with bolt ons. its ability to run down bikes on the high end (for those that like that sort of thing, me for example). ect. recognizing this stuff doesnt make me a nut hugger. it means i KNOW the competition.
03-04 cobras that can EASILY make 600+rwhp with a blower upgrade. 500+rwhp with bolt ons and a ported stock blower. ive seen i believe like 750+rwtq from a twin turbo 03 cobra. on a stock engine.
hondas that have the ability to run low 12s at over 120mph. personally know a guy that did it. his car is full weight. stock honda cranks, blocks, heads, ect are in the 7s or better now i believe. and thats from FOUR cylinders.
last but not least, the ls1. 450+rwhp capable NA with heads and cam. thats impressive. a stout factory tranny. t-tops. these are great things. i know all this stuff but that doesnt make me a nut hugger. and if it does then i guess i should own a lot of cars because i recognize the potential of some. even some people are close minded enough not to be able to.

I wouldn't even bother with the tool you are arguing with. There was another thread on here about weight lifting help. 305 posts up how you should avoid iron at all costs, noticing this kid has no clue what he is talking about and is telling some poor guy bs info, i outlined a diet and training ideas for the original poster. I mentioned that the orginal poster shoudlnt take any supplements for a while because he needs to perfect his diet and training. He would get way more results with those two alone. I mentioned that there are some studies out there that say creatine doesnt do anything, and i said i was waiting on the back up studies to see what they come up with if they can reproduce it. I said i am neutral on the matter and will not advise one way or another about creatine. Meanwhile 305 tool box gets pissed off that i made him look like an idiot by questioning his iron speal in a non condesending way, so he trys to get me back by blabbering on about creatine, he told me to find one study, well i found one study, now in this thread he is saying well there are less studies negative then positve. I like how he has changed his tune. THe kid obviously has no clue what he is talking about. He made a post that said " dont worry an upperhand will arrive shortly"...he had to get his online butt buddy to come post on the thread to back him up with just as much of a clue as he does. After being on this board for a few years, i have NEVER seen somebody post as much bull**** stuff as 305. He posts the dumbest crap up about f bodies, and then about lifting. The difference is from him just being stupid like alot of people, he will fight tooth and nail that his stupidity is correct
