Re: Ams evo dyno video

Unless you count NOS as a bolt on I gotta call as I know you don't get any significant gains from intake and exhaust on the hondas....so where's the magic part that turns a 16 sec. car into a 12 sec car without touching the heads/cam?

I think the loop hole is...you take a bolt on motor and swap it into a lighter car...h22 into a hatch or something...technically still a bolt on motor just not in the original car...

Well that's the same as saying my Volkswagon Beetle is stock *in small print* except that it's got an LS7 under the hood *end small print*

Creatine really doesn't do anything. It's like having ram air to a car

When I'm benching 365 three times weighing 210 with 7% bodyfat I will....oh wait, I am. That's right, cuz nothing works better than a perfect diet for yourself. Go continue to read your magazines and 'learn'

Re: Ams evo dyno video

Right Go read some scientific studies that PROVE creatine helps.
BTW.. you think your tough? My brother is 225 lbs, benching 380, squatting 460, and would eat you for dinner.
So.. is your tough-guy comparison finished?
Oh ya.. my brother is a senior in hs

Re: Ams evo dyno video

Wait, so you're brother...no you by the way...weighs more than me, benches less than me, and squats less than me...and I'm about to be intimidated?? Right, you're just a punk. Go find studies that shows creatine does nothing, there are just as many

Re: Ams evo dyno video

Wait.. did you even graduate hs?? If he is benching 380.. and you bench 365.. that means *he* is benching more than *you* slick He is 6' 2" btw..
But you wanna know me?
Ok, 18 yeard old(just turned June 2), 185lbs, 280 bench press 4 times, 400 squat 5 times, 5'11". Oh ya.. I just graduated
And btw... I GUARANTEE you that there are not HALF as many studies saying creatine doesn't work as there are that say it does work.
And besides the studies (because we all know that just because something looks good/bad on paper, does NOT mean it will look that good in clinical(field) studies) ask ANYBODY that's ever taken it and they will tell you it works AWESEOME for them. (assuming they aren't non-repsonders)

Re: Ams evo dyno video

You are obviously a tool when it comes to personal training and cars there buddy. I said I got 365 three times, and I'm 6'4. That's more than 380, so did you graduate H.S? And yes, I did. I work full time in the military as a crew chief, working on things you'll never even see. You just keep reporting from stuff that you've heard or read. Go do things yourself and then talk. As of right now, you have no basis to anything you say, so go away

Re: Ams evo dyno video

Sounds like a genetics argument...but the only people who say genetics have nothing to do with it are those with good ones...BTW I bench a million for reps and I'm 2 foot tall or 10 foot which ever you find more impressive so suck it all of you and...back to car talk...

Re: Ams evo dyno video

Wiat a minute.. you wanna talk about MAX's ??? Oh.. ok.. ****, I *think* my bro maxed at 400 but i am NOT positive, I would have to call him.
But lets assume we are NOT talking max's here, as you said "three times". A max is what you can do ONCE. So.. assuming we are talking about regular lifts, your 365 3 times.. is STILL less than my bros 380 5 times Hm.. I must be missing something Since you are such a good "trainer", I am assuming you will clarify all this
And about the whole weight-issue.. yes, it *is* sad (just like you said..) that my brother is a LOT shorter than you.. has LOTS better lifts.. and yet he weighs more. Hm... damn my brother I guess

Re: Ams evo dyno video

Lol, you got me on the bench. Damn my genetics. But I owe it all to proper dieting and hard work, that's it. Can't talk car talk with this guy if all he feeds is magazine talk.....

Yes, genetics have a lot to do with it.. but no if's, and's, or but's about it.. no matter how good or crappy your genetics are, your still not going to hold more than 2-3grams of creatine per pound of body-mass unless you supplement with it
