wow, that was like SOOOO impressive. I need to crawl out of my dumb domestics cave every once in a while to see how out dated my old V-8 is. Every time I see one of these videos I feel like a helpless iraqi as the F-18's do a fly-by. It strikes FEAR into my heart!

 

They did a good job tuning it...look at the a/f gauge, it barely moves at full throttle...

 

If thats the car I think it is, its a guy from Pensacola, Florida and its got well over 600whp! And its the same one thats spanking the **** out of every car it races.. Spanked a Procharged Z06 and a new Procharged Viper as well. Both cars had close to 700rwhp.. Its definately a mean lil ride, but still a import terd..

 

I post a vid of a evo on a dyno and somehow from that you got that you are suppsed to sell your car and buy an import

You guys are killing me. The anti-import sentiment on this board is out of control. You guys are worse than the civic owners that bash domestics for no apparent reason. A fast car is a fast car. I hardly think that a 600+rwhp EVO is being ricer.

 

Agreed. If this were a 600+rwhp Camaro dyno they'd be wetting themselves.

i agree a fast car is a fast car. i have nothing against imports either. i actually would love to get a worked supra. bottom line from the import bashers here; the name of the website is camaroz28.com, not imports vs domestics blah, blah, blah etc. i see both points and i think people on here have the right to be bias in a "camaro, gto, cadillac" website

 

Wow. EVOs continues to impress me. I have seen some stock looking ones around here run 10s. With little drama or noise

 

just stop. the ones that feel this way dont even know what sentiment means. nor would reading comprehension help them.

 

It did spool up nice and quick once it hit 3500 or so.
I have both talons with similar engine to the evo and fourth gens and love them both.
Both huge fun and the awd is much more fun in rain and snow!!
But now have big urge to turbo my 99 ta. Just had a ride in a nice lt1 STS
vert the other day too and it was sweet. Turbo 4 bangers can be fun and very quick but turbo v8s are better!! Course turbo v10s or v12s..
