I mentioned that the orginal poster shoudlnt take any supplements for a while because he needs to perfect his diet and training. He would get way more results with those two alone. I mentioned that there are some studies out there that say creatine doesnt do anything, and i said i was waiting on the back up studies to see what they come up with if they can reproduce it. I said i am neutral on the matter and will not advise one way or another about creatine. Meanwhile 305 tool box gets pissed off that i made him look like an idiot by questioning his iron speal in a non condesending way, so he trys to get me back by blabbering on about creatine, he told me to find one study, well i found one study, now in this thread he is saying well there are less studies negative then positve. I like how he has changed his tune. THe kid obviously has no clue what he is talking about. He made a post that said " dont worry an upperhand will arrive shortly"...he had to get his online butt buddy to come post on the thread to back him up with just as much of a clue as he does. After being on this board for a few years, i have NEVER seen somebody post as much bull**** stuff as 305. He posts the dumbest crap up about f bodies, and then about lifting. The difference is from him just being stupid like alot of people, he will fight tooth and nail that his stupidity is correct
Ok ok.. we will have a little contest here.
You show me all the studies you can that show creatine doens't do a d@mn thing performance wise, and I will show all the studies I can find that says it does help performance wise ok?
And about the iron thing, I said "AVOID IRON IN MULTI'S". Are you really that dumb or do you have to try? And when you told me that iron is ok in multi's, you did NOT say it in a nice way. You said it in a dick-headed, challenging kind of way.
So.. show me where my information is wrong?

305, you've obviously never dieted to see the true benefit of it. When I talk dieting, let me just clarify that I mean making sure you get the full amount of caloric intake daily, not trying to lose wieght. I've used creatine and celltech, things like that for a lot longer than you've even been lifting. Nothing has given me better results in the way I look and the strength gains as dieting properly. I'm speaking from experience from both sides of the argument, but you're just going off of what you've read in PROMOTIONAL ads. Experience different things yourself. I don't see you as being stupid, just ignorant when it comes to listening to experienced people.

Re: Ams evo dyno video

For the love of christ, who gives two S**T's about creatine and dieting Didnt this post start out with an EVO????? If you want to run at the mouth about lifting weights, then find yourself a bodybuilding site! Creatine is for pussies, only thing thats ever gonna get you bigger is some good old ROIDS. I know a guy who can get them for ya. Last time I checked he played for San Fran. Oh, correction, he's retired. oh and furthermore I myself lift weights and have for about 14 years. And Im sure many others on here have done the same. Just do us all a favor and post RELATIVE subject matter. Creatine, please wasnt that played out enough back in the 90's?

The EVO is overtalked. You either like it or you don't. Who cares. Just stop having every other post about the same stupid car. This is a fbody site, and let's keep it that way. I'd rather talk about lifting than hearing more about that EVO everyday

I KNOW there is awesome benefits to dieting; in fact the only way to ever reach your full-potential (genetically speaking..) is by eating a PERFECT diet. Celltech is overpriced garbage. All your paying for when you buy celltech is the Muscletech name and a sh*tload of sugar. And to be honest.. I have NEVER seen a creatine promotional. I have seen one.. MAYBE two Muscletech ads, but I never take that crap to heart. The only reason I supplement w/ protein is because I cannot physically force myself to spend tons on the right foods when I am only 18, making $6 an hour and going to a $30k 2 year school. I cannot afford to eat steak and fish every night, so I take a $30 bottle of CEE every month and make up for that.

Yup, I'm stupid. I just graduated hs, going to a fairly expensive college, and I have to pay for most everything on my own (except food). I'm *very* stupid aren't I
