Re: Questions on ADJ. PHR

if you need more than that you can buy just an aluminum rod or "control arm" as they're called when you order them...and you can get them any length...so if you want stock length with adjustment get a 40" arm...and buy some rod ends and spacers....

If you need more than a 1" adjustment, you need to figure out why the rear suspension is so far out of line. There is no valid reason for the car to be 1" off-center, unless there is some significant chassis damage.

You are right Fred. I had an altercation with a tire wall at Summit Point and I "moved" or bent something in the rear. I think its a mount of some sorts. I am just going to have to take the car to the body shop again and get it on a frame machine and have it checked and straightened if needed.

Re: Questions on ADJ. PHR

You could have bent the large "arm" on the passenger side of the chassis that the panhard rod bolts to, or you could have bent or broken the panhard bar itself.

I don't think I broke the panhard bar. It WAS a Hotchkis PHR and I replaced with an adj. bar and the rear (cosmetically speaking) isn't centered. I need to move the rearend about 1/2 inch to the right. Since the right side sits further "in"

Small background. I snapped the right rear off the axle, literraly sheared it right off right before I hit the tire wall (hit it dead on square sideways..)I replaced the axle from a 02 Camaro replaced the rotor etc and went back out. Car seemed to drive find and I could still throw it around the track. I have sinced replaced both axles with new Moser units had a new mount replaced for the rear passenger caliper (still don't get 100% surface contact) I am wondering if I swap out the rear end completely if it will all line up. I can't see physically if anything is bent. But to me it did look like the Upper PHR mount moved.

I think I need to put it on a frame machine just for peace of mind. But deep down I think something moved or is bent. (something thats bolted to the car or to the rear end itself......Do you think the mount for the PHR on the passenger side could be bent?
