Yes you can get it on a 114 LSA.
The EX-612 springs would be perfect for that cam, which come in the kit.

i was wondering what the difference between the ex612 and the ex614 springs are? and what which would u recommend for the 224/230 on a 112?

There is about a 10 and 15 lb difference on seat and open pressures.
With Fbody guys, I tend to lean on the abusive side, being one myself, so I would choose the 612 for your application.
