Which oil pump?
I'm going to be pulling the pan again as part of a cam swap, and figured it was time to replace the oil pump as its got a 100k on it.
Don't want a hi-vol pump, so what is the recommended pump to get?
Just a stock OEM pump or os there another thats highly used?
And should I get the white spring with the stock OEM pump for higher pressure or should that only be used with a deep pan?
I'm keeping the stock pan.

Check out the Jegs brand stock volume pump. Don't buy a new GM pump! They're based off the Melling M55 casting that's known for breaking. Moroso (as well as MANY others) also use the Melling M55 casting.

The only Jegs one I see is for SBC excluding LT1, LS1, etc. The only pump I find online is the Melling M155?
