is anyone else able to provide a tracert for me if you have, or are experiencing connection problems?

Also, to help, please explain exactly the scenario you experience. Half loaded pages, slow loading pages, or slow response initially, then a quick page load, etc. This will also help us to narrow things down.

This is what I usually get, though much more occasionally I'll get a half loaded page, but that doesn't happen very often.

Here's a couple of traceroutes from last week:

 

Board just went down for a few minutes, HTTP 500 error.

 

Still seeing packet loss at level3 in LA also:

 

I haven't been here in a while. I was coming in here to ask "Why is this board so f*cking slow?" but judging by this thread, looks like no one knows.

Well then...

 

More 30+ second page load times this morning...

 

The new normal.

 

I have not had any issues today.

 

Thanks for continuing to report, and help us track the issue, it's greatly appreciated. ChrisFrez let me know the site was very slow around 6am EST today, hopefully that along with the info he shared, will help us get this isolated to a root cause. I hope to update you all later.

I had a message from someone saying the server was unresponsive at 3am this morning.

 

Thanks, Chris. Overnight, it's possible that the network teams were doing some maintenance, so I'm not as concerned as if that was a 9am report. Hoping that things are improving for folks.
