can you please try the following command when you have problems instead? It will give us another level of information.

pathping CamaroZ28.Com - The Ultimate Source for ALL Camaro News, Info, and Community

post the results here please!

All pathping does is give you the hops in traceroute without the time it takes to hit each one. If you take my above screenshot and strip out the times on the left that's exactly what the pathping I just ran looks like.

I've not had any significant speed problems. If a page doesn't seem to load I just hit Refresh and up it comes.

FF 3.6.26, XP, 15 meg cable connection. No ad blocker but some specific cookies blocked.

Ahh, forgot that it does that. Well I just ran it and got 0 packet loss for all hops, but I'm not having issues right now. The next time it's slow I'll run traceroute and pathping.

BTW, nothing has made me want to run adblock more than the University of Phoenix ads in rotation right now. You don't even have to mouse over them to start them playing a video. I refreshed a couple pages at one time and I had 3 of the stupid ads playing all at the same time.

I've never used adblock on this site (and I don't want to), but auto-play video ads will make me do it.

Re: and so it begins!

hey man, there shouldn't be any ads that automatically play sound, or movies, or pop up on our sites.

If you can hover over the ad, copy the click through, or destination URL into this thread, I'll get it blocked.

cheers,
robb

Will do, I'll grab it the next time it comes up. Thanks.

Glad it doesn't bother you too much...but you really shouldn't have to do that, and I am confident that IB will wholeheartedly agree.

I'd like to echo this...there are not to be ANY pop-ups here. I know there have been some and I know IB is trying to find out where they are coming from to neutralize them.

Re: and so it begins!

I've been noticing more issues the past few days.

Every once in a while I'll catch the board on a period of being completely unresponsive.

It'll last anywhere from 30 seconds to over a minute. I haven't been able to get a traceroute or pingpath in time to catch it before it comes back up, though.

You guys might want to block this one, holy sh|t it's massive:

Also, when I tried to close it the ad opened twice more over top of the first one, I ended up having to close the tab.

Robb, have you guys made any recent changes? It seems to be quicker for me the last day or two.
