I am very interested but will it fit on a convertible? Also what does "some mounting hardware" mean? You don't have it all? Clarify the hardware and $375 shipped, we may have a deal.

I've got all the hardware, just depends on how you want your belts to mount. Some people like clip in, etc. I have bolt-in style everything.

Not sure if it would fit a convertible or not. It mounts where the rear seatbelts mount.
