What's the diff. between direct-port and non?

What's the diff. between direct-port and non?

I keep hearing direct-port. What's the difference?

Direct port, also referred to as a Fogger by some, uses seperate nozzles for each port, normally tapped in the intake runner as close to the head as possible.
I also saw a new kit, that has nozzle spacers the fit under your injectors.. haven't seen one run yet.
Advantage is you can tune each individual cylinder, and 8 nozzles will give you more power capability than one or two.
