recommended nitrous systems for LT1

there's so many brands/systems out there but im not sure which one to go with. i have roughly $500 to play with, what do you think?

A $500 nitrous system with no additional spending on fuel system upgrades and safeties is a good way to blow up an engine.

Take your time, do more research, with all the safeties guys pretty routinely run 175hp through LT1s and some get brave and push further, one of the Impala guys was running 200+80 in two stages on a stock shortblock LT1. He spent a lot more than $500 on safeties and fuel system upgrades though even without the nitrous system.

save your money, get all the safety switches, 255lph fuel pump. Then buy the nitrous outlet plate kit. there are many guys netting more than the shot rating at the rear wheels. i.e. 165 RWHP from 15o shot.
