Injuneer,
Thanks for explaining..

Steve,
We do not currently make one like that. WE could probley build you a one off but it will cost quite a bit more.

Re: New Product....

Wow, thats crazy. I was just thinking the other day thats where I want to mount my nitrous bottle.

Just a warning for the street machines. Some states its legal to have nitrous as long as you're not using it on the steets, but i'm pretty sure just about every state its illegal to have your bottle within reach of the driver. Which would make this very illegal. So becareful. I also know a lot of states its illegal to carry the bottle in the passenger compartment.

I'm not a cop, but I know my laws around here and I'm just warning you guys to check your laws first or atleast be able to hide it =P I'm still picking mine up soon as I order my kit.

Re: New Product....

It gets a bit murky here in NJ.... in order to even buy, or possess nitrous, you have to have a permit ($25 for 2 years) issued by the NJ Dept. of Health and Senior Services. Nitrous is classified as a controlled dangerous substance under NJ drug laws. Once you have the permit (and "race cars/vehicles" is a valid reason for issuing the permit) you're in the gray zone where it would make them think twice for possessing an item that the State has issued you a permit for. For me its a non-issue, since its a "track only" car.

Re: New Product....

I have seen a post about a year back where a guy got charged and convicted for carrying a controlled substance. Same charge as carrying Cocaine.. Pretty sad.

Re: New Product....

I got pulled over for not using my turn signal, and I had my bottle on this bracket.

After a healthy exchange of words, peering at my inline gauge that showed 0 psi, the volunteer fireman "I know the seriousness of car wrecks" card, and some *** kissing, I got out of a "mandatory court date"

Screw it. It looks too good, is too easy to turn it on, and I love it.

Good product!! Welds looked excellent, and I kinda flattened mine to fit the hump, and then drilled custome holes.
