Hey Dave would it be possible for you to powder coat it black? How much extra would that cost?

I have been looking for something exactly like this, awesome product Dave.

Plates have not shiped out yet. We are finishing up the LS1 now. TYhe LT1 is almost finished. We just need to finish up a few small details and build the throrttle bracket extentions.

Re: New Product....

Received my rear seat bottle mount today.... 4 days from order. Thanks for the quick service. It will require additional holes for the NOS Quick Release Brackets, but the brackets will completely cover the holes that are already in the mount. The width at the front is identical to the NOS brackets, but the taper of the tunnel mount toward the rear will leave it a bit wider than the NOS brackets, but it should look OK. I'll be using it without the rear seats, as well.

Trying to decide whether to simply polish the aluminum, or paint it charcoal to match the rest of my interior. The welding on it looks very good.

Re: New Product....

Another question, one that was seemingly answer above.... are the LT1 and LS1 "tunnels" the same????? Just laying the mount on top to the tunnel, didn't seem like it was anywhere near being able to push down far enough to put the radiused edge at the front all the way down on the carpet. Or is it supposed to sit on the carpet?

Yes the two are the same. The front is made for support. It does not go all the way down.

Re: New Product....

Some photos of the bracket, with the NOS aluminum quick release brackets. Obviously, it still needs a nitrous line and the blowdown line attached, and some bolts to hold it to the tunnel.

Re: New Product....

i built a rear seat delete box thing that fills up the whole back seat area. i dont think that the bottle would fit if i mounted it pointing forwards, it needs to be sideways. would it be possible to just make this bracket wider in the other direction so as to be able to mount the brackets on it the other way?

Re: New Product....

I think he wants the bracket wider and shorter, so it will mount the bottle "sideways" (transversely) rather than facing straight ahead. That becomes a bit of an issue when trying to insure the siphon tube stays submerged.
