anyways...when did that "n20" specific forum get there
"Too soon junior" LOL!!! Anyone with any sense, sprays as early as possible (traction considered). And all the way through the quarter. Window switches are nice for safety as well as prolonging the life of the tranny.
If Jesse would have sprayed out of the hole, he'd be alive today! HAHAHAHA!!!!!!! What a joke!

A good basic setup: WOT switch AND a window switch. You want to avoid the nitrous activating at too low an rpm, this causes a huge spike in cylinder pressure and possible broken parts. You also want it to turn off before the rev limiter. Spraying nitrous with the rev limiter activated is not a good idea. If you run in anything less than hot summer conditions, a bottle heater is also a necessity to get the most out of your system. HP potential depends on the amount of nitrous injected. This is not only a function of the jet (orifice) size but of the bottle pressure. More pressure = more nitrous = more hp (if enough fuel is also provided).

how does nos work?
i know it either just sprays nos (dry), or mixes with fuel (wet), and then goes into your engine. but how is it realeased? does it continue to spray as you shift gears? does it spray for a certain number of seconds, or do you have to hold the button down when you want it?

yea but if you read the post you'd be able to interpret that i was asking how you activate it, not the ****ing chemical formula and other useless crap. if you couldn't infer that you're a ****ing retard
alright ladies, leave your vagina's at home and quit your bitching...
To answer the question of the post, you can activate it however you want. You can put a button, use the gas pedal, use a switch, or just sit there and direct port that baby and work the bottle valve when you want it spraying

Hey Ian: when I warned you about getting "porky" I was trying to help you get the most out of the board. There is a nice "community" here, where people try to help each other out. You'd be amazed how much help you can get if you ask nicely!
Peace.
