Your oil pressure?

Just wondering what your oil pressure is at idle and while driving. Mine at idle is around the line right under half. While driving it is about at 1/2 to 3/4 the way up. Does that seem normal? I'm also using mobil 1 synthetic incase that makes any difference.

Yep!

I have a '97. When it starts cold, It's about the 3/4 point.
Once reaching running temp it drops to a hair under the 1/2 point. Raise the revs though (not much) pressure back to 3/4.....

Anyone else?

A search should find you plenty of responses. This is asked quite often.

97 around 40 at idle and between 40-60 cruise.
Don't know what I will see when I change to synthetic.

At idle in drive, once warmed up, I see about 18psi. On the highway at 70mph I see about 40psi, and even at full throttle it stays at 40psi.

On a cold start, it is about 55psi.

This is with 5w30 Schaeffer synthetic blend oil.
