What temperature is the car getting too? The coolant temperature needs to reach 225 degrees before the primary fan is commanded on.

First, read how they are supposed to work. Oh and add a signature, so people know what car they are giving advice for.

Shbox's link is worth it's weight in gold.

Is your coolant level good? 50/50? Are you sure your fans are not kicking on? You can buy a fan switch kit or have your PCM tuned to turn them on earlier. If they aren't turning on you need to look at your fuses, and the fan motors.

Also, make sure your thermostat isn't stuck shut.

I had to cut and splice a new pigtail to the ECT sensor on the front of the water pump. GM wants close to $40 for it.

When my fans weren't coming on, I had a bad coolant temp sensor in the water pump.
