There are two drain plugs, one on the passenger side head that is the coolant temperature sensor and one on the passenger side block which is the knock sensor

If you want to drain your block remove the knock sensor on the passenger side.

The block drain for the driver's side is at the bottom of the block, near the motor mount, with a pipe plug in it. At least on an F-Body. Y-body will have a second knock sensor in that hole.
