weird engine sputtering

well guys, had my camaro out today, and twice while driving the car felt like it was going to die.

It is at lower RPMS (1500-3k), where i have been driving, and then when i touch the gas the RPMs go down, and then it accelerates.

I have new plugs in, and plug wires and cap and rotor going in in a week or so.

Now, I am wondering, does this sound like a fuel related problem? It doesnt happen all the time either, when i try to replicate the problem, it wont do it

you can test the fuel pump by hooking up a fuel pressure gauge and strapping it down to your windshield and take it for a drive. it could be your pump if you notice a change in pressure when your car acts up
