Sorry Injuneer, if I caused a confusion.
Way back then 2004. My car has passed it.
It was was doing as follow
At 40 km/h Test
HC PPM 23 (Reading) 65 (Limit)
Co % .01 (Reading) .36 (Limit)
NOX PPM 320 (Reading) 484 (Limit)
RPM 2224 Vaild
Dilution 14.61
Test Result Pass
**************************
Move foward to 2010 June
First Test (Fail)
HC PPM 15 (Reading) 54 (Limit)
CO% .00 (Reading) .30 Limit
NOX PPM 594 (Reading) 396 (Limit) <== Fail
RPM 2246 Vaild
Dilution 14.5 Vaid
Test Result Fail

Then I tied up the exhaust leak at CAT and Put Blockoff the plate at Borla Exhaust.

Second Test (Fail)
HC PPM 24 (Reading) 54 (Limit)
CO% .00 (Reading) .30 Limit
NOX PPM 502 (Reading) 396 (Limit) <== Fail
RPM 2226 Vaild
Dilution 14.6 Vaid

I think my EGR is partially not opening with stoping all the leaks it has helped; bt not enough.
It is still failing by 26 %
From last test to this test, it has to improved to 26 % to pass it.

Are you saying you can not figure out how to remove the EGR valve?

Look at Shoebox's picture of the EGR system. You will see that you need to disconnect the small vacuum line from the valve, then remove the two nuts that hold the valve on the studs in the back of the manifold. Shoebox indicates they are 1/2" nuts, and I've used a 13mm wrench. It shouldn't take too much effort or thought to put a wrench back there and verify you have the right size. It isn't rocket science.

After you remove the two nuts, the valve may be stuck to the gasket and to the manifold. You may need to apply a bit of leverage to break it loose. Once you get it off, look at the pintle to make sure it doesn't have a lot of carbon on it. Pull a vacuum on the vacuum connection, and verity that the pintle retracts when you apply the vacuum. Get a mirror and look at the hole in the manifold. Make sure there isn't carbon plugging it up.

Before reinstalling the valve, make sure the surface of the manifold is clean. Use a new gasket. Put the valve back on, tighten the two nuts and reattach the vacuum line.

I doubt the valve is plugged up, but its worth checking.

The socket would have to be a "deep" socket, to clear the stud. Appears that you should probably have this done professionally, because it appears to be way beyond your mechanical capabilities...... seriously.

That's a **** not a too far of a strech. But not having a employment for 1 1/2 doesn't let me have too many options.
I am going to try my self then I will see
Thanks though I will try deep socket

Talking

I had to use 1/2 wrech cause there was no room to put a socket.
I had to make full turn with wrench then I use hands to un screw it.
Valve easily came off.
I didn't use any vacum pump to tested it.
I have tried using my mouth and I was barely able to move it.
NOW EGR valve is a negative pressure one by the Stamp marking.
Vlave looks normal for a exhaust stuff here are the pictures
Now diaphragm take bit a force to push in by fingers
Here are the pics
I was thinking about making it clean with brake Cleaner spray ??

Thumbs up It has passed now

I had a need for another car. So I decided to take this car out.
When last time I have parked the car; it has full tank of Gas! (5 years ago)
Now it has only ¼ tank; took it to local emission test center; it passed it.
Test from this year is no longer required to run rollers with simulated load on it. Just Idle RPM and 2500 RPM test.
My problem was Nox test at Higher RPM......... not it don't need all that.
