More specifically to what you posted about the "attaboy." You lost me. They deserve an "attaboy" for what? Sending him a header that wasn't ready to install? Taking longer than they promised to get it back? Losing what he had already paid for? Not returning calls when they had promised? It sounds too me that he would have possibly been out of the headers he sent back if he hadn't proof of someone signing for it. That really makes me want to take a chance on them.
