Well I ordered my as&m single cat conversion header package through tbyrne.com and recieved them in 1 week. That was very good. The problem was when i recieved them the drivers side part was bent inward where the #1 primary slip fits into. So it woudn't go in. Then the passenger side header was great except for the flange being warped. Also the S-pipe i got on one of the sides was bent inward also. So i sent all 3 of those peices back by UPS. It took 2 days to get there and that was 2 weeks ago. Before i sent them off the guy over there told me they either fix the headers if fixable or send new ones out the same day they recieve them. This did not happen. So i called a day after i should of recieved them back just to check on them and the guy said they were in the fabrication shop still. So i told him i needed them by last weekend. He said he would try his best to get them to me by last friday. So last friday would of been 8 days after they recieved them. That is plenty of time to repair or send me new headers. I did not recieve them on Friday though.

Yesterday a guy called me from AS&M and he told me that i said i sent them some headers for repair. I told him "yes i did". He said that they can't seem to find any headers anywhere. He said they never recieved my headers. I told him that they did and i gave him the name of the person who signed for them. I also gave the date and time of arrival. He put me on hold for like 3 min. He came back to the phone and said that they can't find my headers anywhere. I got sort of pissed off even though i didn't say anything i was thinking at the time to him. He said he would talk to the machanic tomarrow and see if they new where my headers were. I told him okay. I haven't recieved a call so far yet.

Sorry for the long post but i just had to vent out my frustration i had with Arizona Speed and Marine. Hopefully i recieve a call with some good news today from them. I will keep you guys updated with whats going on.

 

Yeah, that kinda sucks. So how many days has it been since you sent them back?

Dang dude, that sucks. Their product is normally spot on, but they are very slow when it comes to the fab shop.

When I ordered mine, they were on backorder. I was one of the very first back ordered sets, and it still took a total of 10 weeks for them to produce and ship.

In my opinion you should have just gone with LTs. But yea that does suck. I've had that same sh*t happen with me on different type of items from differernt companies.

 

I would of went with LT's but i live in Cali. If a cop checks out my car(i seem to get pulled over quite often) there is no way i can pass off some LT's as being legal headers. But in most cases i could get away with mid-lengths. Also most people go with jet hot Lt's or hooker LT's and i wanted to be a little different. Injuneer has proven that up to 800-900hp you don't loose anything with the AS&M's.

Dont feel bad I have heard alot of idiotic stories about them. They make nice parts but the costmer service sucks big sweaty monkey nuts. I wouldnt want to talk with them directly. I passed by their main office a couple time but never stopped in. I hope you get it all resolved soon. Good luck.

Well, from your horror storries I won't ever buy from them.

 

I had to send back the left side AS&M header because it was made wrong. I had no problems with their customer service, but i did take about 3 weeks to get it back. The guy i talked to said he had another left side header, but it had a few scratches on it, so they had it recoated. That's what took so long i guess.

As long as they find your headers and are repairing them or whatever I wouldn' t be worried...there's not a company in the world that does "fast" warranty work.
