Vacume and AF guage...
You can hook the vacuum gauge to any full vacuum port on the engine..... that would include the ports for the EGR vacuum, Opti vent, fuel prussure regulator vacuum or HVA/C system vacuum. Just put a "t" into the line as close to the port as you can get it.
The A/F ratio gauge needs to connect to the signal wire for either the left or right pre-cat O2 sensor. Those are pins C8 and C20 on the PCM, the wires are purple on one side and purple/white for the other. As noted above, you are not going to learn much from the A/F ratio gauge.
Check the wiring diagrams on Shoebox's Tech Pages for the wiring diagram for your 95, including PCM pinouts.
