TONS of white ish smoke at high rpm

Hi guys I haven't posted in a while ( been busy working on the car) and i have a question about this weird thing that my car is doing. I put the car away for winter and just recently got it back out and have been working on it alot trying to get it good for spring/summer.

There was a little gas left in the tank ( it has been sitting for about 4 months) so i put 5 gallons into it to be able to run it. not sure if that affects anything here just saying.

I just got my pcm reprogrammed by madtuner(ion) and he put the rpm limit 1k higher and the car has been running unbelivably better since he tuned it but i have had an oil leak problem since I put the car back together and i just spent time fixing everything leaking that i could find and theres still drops of oil everywhere i move the car. it just keeps dripping from the front of the tranny sheild and tranny oil pan.

there is nothing on the engine sides or oil pan and i have felt the back of the intake and there is some small traces of oil but i think its from the stupid breather i had on the valve cover with kept blowing oil smoke everywhere and i just plugged it up. Any ideas where this oil could be coming from?

also and im not sure if this is related or not but now (since the pcm stuff) when i rev the engine it revs fine and what not and at low rpm if i blip the throttle theres no issues. but at higher rpm theres nothing then when i let off or if i blip it white ish smoke comes pouring out from behind the engine. it comes flying out the top between the windsheild and engine from all directions and under the car it flies down the exaust area and around the tranny.

I looked around and couldnt find any information. Also thanks for reading all that stuff i tried to break it up to be legible.

You must have a working PCV system. If you have "plugged" it, there is the source of your problem.

Your crankcase must work with a vacuum.

Your best bet from here is to add a UV dye to the oil and look behind the intake. If you don't see it there, then the rear main is leaking. However, it appears from what you said, the intake is the bad guy here. Reseal it and get your PCV system working properly.

the stock breather on the passenger side that goes to the throttle body is working properly and on the drivers side the valve covers had an extra spot for another breather so i bought one that looked nice but it did nothing but make a mess of my engine bay so i plugged it up and it is now just for show. the stock one however is working properly.

I have heard that if it smokes when you lift it is a valve seal. Also if it smokes from the tranny and around that area check for exhaust leaks around the headers and Ypipe connection. A good way to check this is by doing a Sea Foam cleaning which makes the engine smoke like crazy so you will be able to see if the exhaust is leaking.

If you say it is smoking from under the hood/cowl area then I'd guess that it is your oil leak causing the smoke when it hits the headers. It just takes one or two drops to make a small cloud

we have pretty much concluded it is due to blowby and the extra pressure in the crankcase is causing oil to squirt out of seals and the crank case fumes to come out of seals too.

just an fyi for future reference.

Did you verify that your PCV valve is working correctly?

pull the hose from the throttle body and check to see for oil fumes
