yeah, i'm thinking about getting this one, it's a steel elbow, so it looks pretty sweet.

dont get that one, some members have posted about problems connecting it to various CAI's (having to alter it so it will fit right...and who wants to have to do that ). get the trick flow or 1LE elbow. the trick flow is metal like the vortech but features a ceramic coating (instead of chrome) that will help dispace heat better than the vortech, and has no fitment issues. the chrome vortech elbow and the trick flow run for about the same price too. the 1LE on the other hand will give you the same improvement over the stock one, but it just looks stock, the only difference being that it doesnt have that resonator tube (that restricts airflow) and is made from a thicker rubber to resist tearing.

Verdict- if you dont care about looks and just want an improvement over stock for cheap (around $50-60) get the 1LE. if you want a little style and "plug and play'' use get the trick flow. and if you plan on entering a car show or just crave chrome and dont have a problem altering the elbow to get the right fit then get the vortech elbow. HTH

The 1LE is a good stock piece that does not have the silencer. Get one from Dal or Jason. ~$45.

Of course, can cause low end bogs and stutters becuase it has a air seal leak. Happened with me, riped the stock elbow. Got the 1LE, riped that one also by the bottom lip folding. I think i am going to get the trick flow or vortech.
