yeah, I would seriously doubt that, that looks like a real low budget operation. Even though this item may be popular for the LT1 crowd, we are a small segment of the market, so even a big place like jegs would probably not have too many in stock.

I don't think there is anything in this thread that says they are not.

Anymore technical info on these?
-What kind of open/closed spring loads can these take?
-Sometimes "racing" parts won`t last for very long on the street, how will these do?
Just asking questions, not stirring trouble!
BTW, I do have a set coming from SDPC.

I'm still waiting on mine. They're supposed to be in on April 5th.

I'm sure there maybe a few places that have them but the majority are out of stock due to backorder. Shipments should be arriving to vendors in early April.

Perhaps, but these lifters fit all hydralic cam'd SBC with a standard cam base circle (Gen I, Gen II, Gen III, GEN IV: L98, L99, LTx, LSx, etc...).

Not exactly a small market segment IMO....

Just ordered a set from Dal. He says they have been on backorder for a few months now but he mentioned something about seeing that a set shipped just recently so production might start to catch up. I believe his price was ~$240 shipped.

That would be my set. They'll be here Monday (just got the UPS notice yesterday)... along with a set of composite lifter trays for SBC/LT1's.

Now if I can only come up with a way to remote mount the electric water pump and find a 2-piece timing cover that will fit OBDII LT1's I'd be a cam-swapping fool.

Got a call from SDPC earlier this week, and I believe the guy I talked to said it would be about a week.
