Re: Tach is off

You might want to get a little more specific..... like how much is it off at what RPM?

Re: Tach is off

Sorry about the delay...

Well I KNOW for sure that its off 150 at idle because Ion set it at 850 and it says 1000.

In 4th when I dynoed it shows I pulled off at 5450 when the teach read 5800.

And I think, according to the gear calculator... everything else is just off.

I redline 1st at about 43 or so? 2nd at about 62 or so? Forgot 3rd and 4th... I just think its really off.

Re: Tach is off

The numbers you quote seem "normal".... 150-200rpm high at idle is very common. And mine would indicate 6,000+rpm with the stock rev limiter, which was set at 5,886/5,805 rpm.
