I recently put a 96' harness and a 94' PCM in my car. Got a tune put on it (by using another 94' car) because my data port underneath the dash wouldn't communicate with the pcm. The car runs fine, but I have no way to access SES codes.

I had to switch a few pins in some of the connectors to make it run, but I have no ALDL port. Anyone ever done this or know what pins to switch etc. to make it work?

You can see what pins are what on the DLC here.

Though this shows the PCM to 16 pin 1995 DLC connections, you can correlate them to the 12 pin DLC. 1994 and 1995 PCMs are pinned out the same.
