still high idle?

ok, fixed my drivability (or lack thereof) by replacing the MAP. Car screams again. Forgot how fun and fast thisone was compared to my LS1 car.
Anyway, idles from 1600-2000 still. I have replaced the plugs, wires, PCV and MAP. Think the IAC motor is wacky, but not sure. Could this be my high idle culprit?

Re: still high idle?

When you installed the MAP sensor, did you install the rubber seal that goes over the tube that sticks down into the hole in the manifold?

Re: still high idle?

Idle is now between 2000-2500, and makes it VERY difficult to drive in the city!
Then it started to 'bog' like its running on 7 cylinders, but not missing, just kind of muffled. NO CODES stored.
I have my PCMforless tune with me in the glovebox. Maybe I'll try thyat out before I leave work tonight?
