i used the stage 8 bolts and they worked great. Had to trim the washers a little to clear the 1 3/4 primaries on the AS&M headers. No problems. Never retightened them, they have never lossened up.

 

I put on my headers with 3/4" Stage 8s a year and a half ago. They work as advertised. Put them on and forget them. If you need to trim a lock, a bench grinder makes it a snap. Just grind them with the lock parallel to the grinding wheel. I would recommend them highly.
