You'd be able to feel it if you put your hand over the oil fill opening.

I can see oil puffs slightly from the intake manifold gasket area. I think it's just suction.

OK.... so I found the issue.... I'm this cars worst enemy. HAHA So a couple weeks ago I deleted the PCV (or what I thought was PCV). The tube that goes from the TB to the valve cover broke from being brittle when I pulled the TB off. I replaced it with a real PCV valve and a hose. Well it kept popping off so I plugged the hole in the valve cover and capped the TB hole.... bad idea. Heavy vacuum was building up in the motor and when it got to a certain point the car would die and it wouldn't start again until the pressure was released. It's all good now. I need to replace the intake manifold gasket now, but I found the problem. I ordered a new racetronix fuel pump and new opti already. Oh well .... i'll install them anyway.

It's Easy... it's just problem of removing half your engine bay to get to it.

I was going to write the same thing, but I refrained. Don't forget intake bellow and radiator hoses (one side at least).

I think it's much easier taking the shroud out than cutting my hands on the damn plastic.

No need when you are laying on the ground doing it from the bottom. SOOOOO much easier.

I just like the extra room. Especially when getting the bolt behind the PS pulley. It takes seconds to remove so it makes my life that much easier.

I SWEAR!!! I knew somebody was going to say that.

Changing the opti is annoying. Don't forget gettign the annoying pully off, taking away the annoying air pump, removing the tedious brackets to get to the WP in the first place, then removing the pump, then getting the coolant everywhere, then taking the hoses off the opti, then aligning it, then vice versa of everything... I never look forward to the job. let's just say it involves more than simply pulling it off, and putting it on.
