SIEZED!...Help!

My car sat for about year best I can tell when i first boght it in 99. It had an engine fire and somehow te cylinders got filled with water. I worked 2 days and finally got it where it wold turn, ended up tearing it down and the cylinder walls were pitted to about .010. Went .0.030 with it.
