Regular or high-temp anti-sieze for spark plugs?

I have used copper high temp in the past and I noticed that once the plugs were cracked loose it was still to tight to turn with your finger temps. I am wondering if i am using the wrong stuff. I figure they should spin freely.

What is the best anti-sieze for aluminum heads that will allow the plug to be easily removed? Am I using too much?
Thanks

The Permatex anti-seize that I use doesn't say high temp on it. That's all I have ever used. You don't need to go crazy with it. A little goes a long way. Never a problem with any plugs.

I just use the standard nickel anti-seize and a very small amount at that. Plug removal has never been a problem and I have never had a plug become loose.
