SIEZED!...Help!

Here we go.......
so my car has been sitting for like a year before i bought it and i have recently figures out that it is siezed and i cant even manually turn it....SO...i am going to try to squirt some oil into the spark plug spots to see if i can lube up the cylinders a little but is there any way anyone knows how to get this thing un-stuck without tearing apart and/or removing the whole engine?

If you can't turn it by hand with the car in neutral, then maybe try and pop off the valve covers and see if you notice anything awry. If you seized a piston or bent a connecting rod, isn't a rebuild your only option?

I'd start w/ draining the oil and seeing how big the pieces are that come out.

Oh...hydrolocked? What I would do is remove the sparkplugs and rotate the engine by hand to get the water out. You could cross your fingers and hope that there is no damage...that may be a lil too optimistic, but anything is possible. Good luck.

How long did the water from the blown head gasket sit in the cylinder bores (IE did it blow a head gasket and sit a year?) If so plan on a rebuild

use a funnel with a flexible neck, and pour diesel fuel down in the cylinders and let her sit a couple days,Or, shoot some PB blaster in there- that works good too, however, if the engine hydrolocked, plan on some new connecting rods and maybe pushrods..

If its been siezed for that long- you should rebuild it anyway. Its not worth the risk of just un siezing her and then replacing your headgasket.. Good chance that when you get it un stuck you will break some piston rings..

PB Blaster is a rust penetrator, probably one of the best on the market. It comes in a white aresol can with a yellow lid and says " PB BLASTER" real big on it..- you can pick it up at autozone, advance auto, napa, carquest..- whatever you have around you.. - if you cant find it, just ask..

You might have to fill the cylinders full of it and let it sit for a couple days, but i bet that stuff will get it to break free...

even if you get it "unstuck" it will need to be rebuilt, most likely rust on the cylinder walls, I wouldn't mess with it, you will probably break a ring and gash the cylinder wall and if it goes deep enough the block will be useless - JMHO
