I'm running the Crane 1.6 golds narrow body, no valve cover trimming.. Thanks to this read I ordered up a set of Ultra Pro Mags for my new 383 build as well

Those copper colored rockers are Harland Sharp.

Narrow body Crane Golds + adjustable Isky guide plates are the way to go.
