Car runs rough once at running temp. Help!

Hi I have a 94 lt1 Camaro that runs rough once at running temperature. The idle begins to surge and want to shut off seems like a misfire. It does not backfire and once I get on it the car seems to run fine. The surging and bad idling only happens at low rpms. It sputters at times when I'm just cruising. The car recently got a new coil and opti but I did not change the plugs. It also has a new icm. The parts were down less then 1000 miles ago. Any clue or ideas as to what it could be? Thanks in advance

When does it switch from running OK to running rough? Is it about 3 to 4 minutes after engine start? That might indicate a problem with the O2 sensors, since they are not used for the first 3-4 minutes while the PCM is operating in open loop.

Did you replace the coil and Opti in an attempt to solve the problems, or did the problems show up AFTER those two components were replaced? What brand it the Opti?
