Quick Fuel Pump Question

ok i installed a walbro 255l in my car today, hooked it up with everything still outside of the tank and when i hit the key.... nothing. Ok and so i havent hooked up the old pump which still worked to see if this is what the problem is but i wanted to know that since my pcm is not in the car (fixing to ship it away to get reprogrammed ) will that prevent the fuel pump from coming on? any help is appreciated.

Re: Quick Fuel Pump Question

The PCM (pin A7) provides the fuel pump signal. With no PCM, you would have to go through the fuel pump prime connector to power up the pump.
