do jet hots have air and egr hook ups? if they do, do they fit just right?

You specify that when you call jet hot to order them. I ordered my long tubes from jet hot with out EGR or AIR connections, with EGR and AIR connections they are going to charge you alittle more. But you can get them either way.

 

do you know if they hook up good?

 

My buddy got his jet hot LT's with the EGR and AIR hook-ups and they bolted right back up. I'd delete the EGR/AIR if your not worried about emmisons.

 

i am worried about emissions, do you think there si a small chance i might pass?

With long tubes...ehhhh, i dont think so...not to sure actually. I am not worried about it, so i never investigated it. I guess its how clean your motor runs and if your running cats or not. If you dont fail on emmisons you mite faile on db level

Looks to me like they just plug into the PCM and check for codes and see that everything's working fine. As far as the headers go, looks like they'll do a visual inspection and, depending on how strict they are, it might not pass just because they are long tubes (emissions or not). Might get away with shorties or maybe mids. If they're leanient, you'll be ok with them as long as you have the emissions hooked up and still have 2 cats.

 

He has a 1995. OBD1 they won't check your car that way. He has to pass with 100 ppm HC and .6% CO.
