Question on the balancer/pully

Ok so i have my hub on the crank and the balancer on the ground. I need to instal it and was wondering, There is an arrow on it. Do i point the arrow in the same direction ans the hub mark (12 o clock with the motor at TDC)?

Re: Question on the balancer/pully

The holes in the damper (its not a balancer) are not equally spaced, so it will only bolt on the hub one way.
