Lightbulb Q about stock MAF Sensor and 450RWHP

So, who here is at this kind of power, and still using the stock LT1 MAF Sensor? Is it possible? I have put the screen back in mine, so it is completely stock, and it will stay that way, but will it work with my target Hp level?

I've got 593 rwhp and still use the stock MAF. My MAF maxes out at around 4,500 rpm, my tuner, Jeff Creech, programmed a very flat air/fuel ratio of 12 doing "his magic".

Sweetness! Jeff is tuning my beast too, so I guess I don't have to worry about that issue then do I? Cool! thanks for the reply!

Kraest was running 471rwhp on the stock maf on his LS1 vette...and the dimensions of the maf sensors are the same.

you should be fine
